Generally, the Board meets the 2 & 4" Th'zrsday of every month (with the exception of summer & holiday months). The deadline date for filing applications is Thursday, 3 weeks prior to the next meeting. 1. Once your application has been filed, staff will review it to determine if the application is complete and ready for public hearing. We will schedule a Public Hearing for the next available agenda of the Zoning Board and place a legal ad in a local paper to appear a minimum of two (2) weeks prior to the hearing date. The Tuesday after the filing deadline, you may check the Planning Office web page, iN ww.northamptonplanning.o►•g pubic meeting notice to find out if your project has been scheduled for the nest hearing. OR you may call 537 -1266 8 days after the filing deadline (Friday) and follow the directions on the voicemail system to fi ad out if your project has been scheduled. After the decision has been filed with ff e City Clerk's Office, a twenty (20) day appeal period begins [30 days for residential findings]. 6. The applicant will be mailed a copy of the decision after it is tiled with the City Clerk. You must notify the same abutters of the FILED DECISION by mail within 48 hours and send the attached affidavit (stating you did so) to the Office of Planning & Development.
