WORKS HAS BEEN TAKEN ON THIS APPLICATION FOR AN AMENDMENT OF AN
ACTIVE PERMIT BASED ON INFORMATION PRESENTED:
__ Approval of the Stormwater Management Permit Amendment.
X Approval of the Stormwater Management Permit Amendment subject to
any conditions, modifications or restrictions required by the Department of
Public Works (see below)
__ Disapproval of the Stormwater Management Permit Amendment based upon
a determination that the proposed plan, as submitted, does not meet the
purposes set forth in the Northampton Stormwater Management.
Standard Permit Conditions:
1. All clearing, grading, drainage, construction, and development of the proposed West
Street Parking Area shall be conducted in strict accordance with the previously approved
plans and information as referenced in the Stormwater Management Permit issued by the
Northampton Department of Public Works (DPW) on April 4, 2007 and as amended by
the following plans and information and as amended by any conditions attached to this
permit amendment.

b. Village Hill Ford Crossing Extension Definitive Subdivision Plans, Sheets C-1 to
C-19, revision dated 1/25/2012, stamped by John M. Perry, P.E., Gale Associates,
Inc.
Specific Permit Conditions:
1. In accordance with Specific Permit Condition 3 of the Stormwater Management Permit
issued on April, 4, 2007, the applicant must provide a revised summary of impervious
surface areas built, proposed, and available for future construction for sub-watershed
areas PDA-lC and PDA-2C. A draft Impervious Area Tabulation was submitted to the
DPW on 2/8/2012. A complete Impervious Area Tabulation must be submitted within 30
days of the issuance of this permit to the DPW for approval.
