Dear Mr. Sutter and Mr. Stearns,
The Northampton Department of Public Works (DPW) has reviewed the following revised plans and documents
for the proposed Coca-Cola Facility WWTP Upgrades:
1. Memorandum to Douglas McDonald, Northampton DPW, from Brent Sutter, P.E. and Jeffery Stearns,
P.E., Woodard & Curran, Re: Modified Stormwater Management Plan -Coca-Cola, Dated June 18, 2013.
2. Form 11-Soil Suitability Assessment for On-Site Drainage, Dated 5/21/2013, completed by Anthony 0.
Curd.
3. Revised HydroCAD Drainage Calculations, dated 6/18/2013, prepared by Woodard & Curran
4. Drawdown Calculations for Coca-Cola North America, Northampton, MA, dated 6/1/2013, completed by
Jeffrey Stearns, P.E., Woodard & Curran.
5. Revised Site Plans for Coca-Cola Refreshments, Inc. Wastewater Treatment System Modifications,
Northampton, MA, dated 6/18/2013, completed by Woodard & Curran.
The DPW approves the revisions to the plans and documents noted above as being consistent with the
Stormwater Management Permit Amendment issued on 4/24/2013 for the Coca-Cola North America, Filling line
Addition. Coca-Cola may proceed with construction in accordance with the approved Stormwater Management
Permit Amendment contingent on compliance with all conditions in said Permit Amendment.

Stormwater Management Permit for the project.
