THE FOLLOWING ACTION BY THE NORTHAMPTON DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC
WORKS HAS BEEN TAKEN ON THIS APPLICATION FOR AN AMENDMENT OF AN
ACTIVE PERMIT BASED ON INFORMATION PRESENTED:
__ Approval of the Stormwater Management Permit Amendment.
X Approval of the Stormwater Management Permit Amendment subject to
any conditions, modifications or restrictions required by the Department of
Public Works (see below)
__ Disapproval of the Stormwater Management Permit Amendment based upon
a determination that the proposed plan, as submitted, does not meet the
purposes set forth in the Northampton Stormwater Management.
Standard Permit Conditions:
1. All clearing, grading, drainage, construction, and development of the proposed Warm-Up
Arena shall be conducted in strict accordance with the previously approved plans and
information as referenced in the Stormwater Management Permit issued by the
Northampton Department of Public Works (DPW) on March 25, 2010 and as amended by
the following plans and information and as amended by any conditions attached to this
permit amendment.

b. Three County Fairgrounds, Phase 1 Spring 2013, Site Plan Asbuilt L.O.W. Warm-
Up Arena, Sheet CN.3, dated May 14, 2013, stamped by Mark B. Darnold, P.E.,

c. Three County Fairgrounds -Phase 1 Curve Number Analysis, May 14, 2013,

Specific Permit Conditions:
1. In accordance with Specific Permit Condition 2 of the Storm water Management Permit
issued on March 25, 2010, prior to the start of construction the applicant must submit to the
Northampton DPW for approval an erosion and sediment control plan for the proposed
project as an amendment to the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) for the Three
County Fairgrounds Phase 1 project.
