When you applied to the Planning Office, we did not catch that the property had been rezoned to Central Business District. As a result, the permit that you received had conditions relating to your hours of operation. In going through our files as part of our quality control efforts, we discovered this error. As a result, we went through the process of getting documentation so that if you ever want to expand the hours of your operation, you can do so. The attached Zoning Permit provides you with this documentation. This may not matter to you now, but to keep your options open in the future, you should either record this permit with Land Court so it is in the chain of title with your permit OR simply save the attached Zoning Permit where you keep your important papers. Let me know if you have any questions. The previous occupant, Cuisine du Soleil, was permitted as a retail establishment but operated as both retail and take -out establishments. Based on the attached plan for the former occupant, Cuisine du Soliel had: a. 1145 sq. ft. for retail = 3.8 parking spaces required b. 607 sq. ft. for kitchen = 6 parking spaces required c.
