When I visited the site on 3/28/90 I saw a pile of brush and soil within the 100 buffer than apparently had been brought onto the site since last August. This pile is on near the edge of the property line with the Laurel Park Homeowners Association. You should obtain a permit for storing this material or remove it from out of the 100 foot buffer. The Commission will consider this matter at their meeting on April 23, 1990. Please contact me if you have any questions. I will be happy to assist you in applying for necessary permits or in planning a restoration of the site.
