This meets the gold standard that Joan likes for combining parcels, that is that there is a deed that describes both lots on a single deed (Book 10334, Page 349, which is what you should add to the pink cards) and the gold standard that I like, which is that legally neither of these parcels can be sold without the other. Let me know once they are combined and you send the pink cards to Joan. When you send it to Joan, please include a cover note so that she knows that there is a single deed for both parcels.
