TEECE for a FINDING under the provisions of Section 9.3(A) in the Northampton Zoning Ordinance, to allow an extension of a nonconforming structure at 602 NORTH FARMS ROAD. The Findings of the Board under Section 9.3(a) for an extension of a Pre - existing non - conforming structure were as follows: 1. The Board found that the extension will not be substantially more detrimental to the neighborhood than the existing non- conforming structure since it will not further increase the front or side yard setbacks. 2. The Board found that the extension will not create a new violation of the existing zoning requirements because it will not be closer or extend further into the setback than the existing structure.
