Addition at 57B King St, Northampton,
Aelan Tierney opened the public hearing with the request for
Map ID 32A-124.
Jack Finn, owner, described nature and details of project. He presented updated plans and noted
that the project included installation of an elevator, deck and garage.
Committee discussed the positive aspects of the project and the addition to downtown.
There was no public comment.
Upon motion by BS and second by RK the Board voted unanimously to close the hearing.
Upon motion by Rick Klein and second by Bruce Kriviskey the Committee voted unanimously
to approve with a condition that revised plans showing window pattern change be submitted to
Office of Planning and Development prior to construction.
Upon motion by Bruce Kriviskey and second by Rick Klein, the Committee vote unanimously to
accept the minutes of 4-10 with the modification to EIFS noted by Tierney.
