The Planning Board approved the site plan for the new treatment chamber/facility in the parking area of the plant based on the plans
submitted with the application as follows:
1. Site Preparation Plan by Woodard & Curran dated 3-29-13, for Coca Cola Wastewater Treatment System Modification pages c-100-C107.
The Board found this to be a minor modification to the existing facility that would allow the facility to continue to meet the standards in
the zoning ordinance.
