David Bloomberg opened the request by Request by Paul and Donna Waterman for
Finding to demolish and rebuild a bigger non-conforming garage at 16 Fairview Ave,
Northampton, Map Id 38B-212.
Mr. Waterman described the project to expand the detached garage.
There was no public comment.
David Bloomberg closed the hearing and issued the finding as presented in the application.
