Sara Northrup opened the meeting with review of minutes
Upon motion by Malcolm Smith and second by Bob Riddle, the board voted unanimously to
approve the minutes of March 22.
5:45 P.M.
, Sara Northrup opened the request by Ezra Parzybok & Brooksley Williams for
Special Permit to construct a detached accessory apartment at 30 Norwood Ave, Florence, Map
Id 30B-13.
Staff described characteristics of the lot and applicant’s ability to create a new single family
house lot in the future.
MJ Adams Pullan 60 Norwood Ave spoke in favor of the project.
The Board discussed differences between accessory structures and separate house lots.
Ezra Parzybok asked for clarification of technical standards.
Upon motion by Malcolm Smith and second by Bob Riddle, the board voted unanimously to
close the hearing.
Upon motion by Bob Riddle and second by Malcolm Smith, the board voted unanimously to
issue the special permit as presented.
