David Bloomberg opened the request by Eric and Lise Sanders for a Finding to
expand vertically along a non-conforming side setback at 28 Arlington St, Northampton, Map ID
24C-158.
Patrick “Duke” Corliss, representing the applicant presented the project.
Bloomberg asked about the hedgerow and whether it would be disturbed.
Eric Sanders confirmed it would not be cut. He also indicated there was a large tree that hangs
over his property from his neighbors that would remain.
Francis Volkmann, abutter, spoke in favor of the project.
No other public comments were made.
David Bloomberg closed the hearing and issued the Finding as presented.
