Malcolm Smith opened the request for Finding by John Landry for expansion of a
non-conformity at 49 Murphy Terrace, Northampton Map ID 24A-202.
John Schlenz, Route 9 Design, representing the owner, described overview of project: to remove porch and replace
the garage with a new room.
There was no public comment.
Malcolm Smith voted to close the hearing and issue the Finding as presented in the application.
