Frey <jfrey@northamptonma.gov> John, Please consider this the formal 2012 report for our CPA Conservation Fund 23F. We will be closing the account in approximately one month, when I
order the final check. At that time I will issue a final report detailing all of the funds we expended in more detail than your spreadsheet has. The largest portion of the funds, $30,000,
went to enable putting a conservation restriction on all conservation land purchased with CPA to date that doesn't already have a CR on it. The actual closing on that CR is expected
later this month. The remainder of the funds went to support approximately ten different open space purchases, as does the final $1,100 that we will be drawing on in the next couple
