In 2012, once we received the contract from CPA, we: 1. Hired Bob Leet, PE, to identify exactly what work needs to be done and design the bid specifications for the project. In 2013: 1.
Bob Leet will complete the design and bid specifications (approximately $2,650) 2. We will apply for and obtain the necessary wetlands permit for the project. 3. We will go to bid
and hire a contractor who will repoint the bridge and make the highest priority repairs. 4. If there are funds available after the most critical work, we will hire a contractor to seal
the top of the bridge (asphalt or concrete) We expect to complete the vast majority of the work in 2013, but reserve using the opportunity to extend the project into 2014 if funds remain
to allow us to seal the top of the bridge and if we can't do it in 2014. Thanks.
