the characteristics of this building in terms of other buildings within the community. The Moore House is one-and-a-half stories in height under a front-gable roof that is steeply pitched.
It has a one-and-a-half story wing on the south in front of which is a porch that has been enclosed. The house also has a one story ell on the west with an attached garage. The house
has a full-width porch across its east façade. The porch is supported on square posts with high impost blocks and ornamental brackets at the eaves. The porch is the remaining Italianate
feature of the house. Windows are vinyl replacements and the house is vinyl sided. HISTORICAL NARRATIVE Discuss the history of the building. Explain its associations with local (or state)
history. Include uses of the building, and the role(s) the owners/occupants played within the community. From Form B of 1980: “This one-and-a-half story cottage first appears on the
