the characteristics of this building in terms of other buildings within the community. With changes in siding and porches this four-family house was changed from a Colonial Revival style
house to a contemporary “Queen Anne”. It is two-and-a-half stories in height under a hipped roof with wide eaves overhangs that were inspired by the Prairie style at the time the house
was constructed. There are cross-gable bays on east and west and in the angle of the bays and the main block of the house are added shed roof porches on thin turned posts. A front porch
of two-stories occupies the center bay of the three-bay façade. It also has the thin, turned posts and shed roof. The exterior of the house has been vinyl sided in patterns. HISTORICAL

the community. From Form B of 1980: “In 1886, Adislas Tetreault, a carpenter, bought lot no. 7 of the Graves subdivision plan for $900. By the end of the next year this four-tenement,
wood frame block had been constructed at a cost of $4800. Mr. Tetreault occupied one of the tenements himself and leased the others. By 1895, fourteen of the present fifteen structures
