Barry Smith opened the delayed hearing request by Wright Builders for a Special
Permit to construct a detached accessory apartment at 71 Pine St, Florence, Map Id 23A-165.
Roger Cooney, Wright Builders representing the applicant described the project.
There was no public comment.
Elizabeth Silver asked for clarification of the 1,000 sf vs 900 sf. Noted on the plan. Cooney
stated that the dimensions were given for both interior and exterior.
Elizabeth Silver asked whether all other criteria had been met.
Upon motion by Bob Riddle and second by Elizabeth Silver, the board voted unanimously to
close the hearing.

approve the special permit.
Upon motion by Bob Riddle and second by Elizabeth Silver, the board voted unanimously to
accept minutes for both June 28 hearings and the July 12 Finding hearing.
