Member Elizabeth Silver, Associate Member Staff:  Senior Planner, Carolyn Misch Planning Director, Wayne Feiden 4:00 P.M Bob Riddle opened the request by Evan & Kristen Benjamin for a Finding to extend along a non-conforming rear setback at 113 Vernon St, Northampton, Map Id, 31A-312. Lyn Badgett, Wright Builders representing the applicant described the project as presented in the application. There was no public comment. Bob Riddle closed the hearing and issued the Finding based on the information within the application. 4:10 P.M. Bob Riddle opened the request by Michael Spink & Thuy Nguyen for a Finding to demolish a single family house and build a new single family house with non-conforming setbacks at 44 Lincoln Ave, Northampton, Map ID 25c-91. Eric Melle, Berkshire Design Group representing the applicant, presented the project as described in the application. Riddle asked for clarification of the existing side and front setbacks versus the proposed. There was no public comment. Bob Riddle closed the hearing and issued the Finding based on the information within the application and at the hearing.
