4:00 P.M. Elizabeth Silver opened the request for a residential FINDING to expand a non-forming structure relative to side setback at 83 Massasoit St, Northampton, Map ID 24C-99.
Jordi Herold presented the application.
Elizabeth Silver clarified the extent of the project.
There was no public comment.
Elizabeth Silver closed the hearing and issued the finding.
4:05 P.M. Elizabeth Silver opened the request for a residential FINDING to construct a single family home on a non-conforming lot on South St (between 374 and 384), Northampton, Map
ID 38C-56.
Pete Olsen described his interested in obtaining the permit. He is planning a 1,000 sf 2-story house.
Board discussed letter submitted by abutters and issue of runoff possibilities.
There was no other public comment.
Elizabeth Silver discussed possible conditions relative to runoff and installation of curbing with the applicant.
Elizabeth Silver closed the hearing and issued the Finding with the conditions discussed.
