Open Space Fund 4: This project was closed out last year and we submitted a final report at the time.
Open Space Fund 5: We have purchased several open space purchases with this project and have a closing scheduled in
January or February for the final purchase that will closeout this grant. At that time, we will submit a final report. If you
need a more detailed report before February, just let me know and I can start the final report showing what all the
projects are or will be.
Open Space Fund 6: We have committed all of these funds to planned acquisition projects and to costs related to
putting all land purchased by the Conservation Commission under a CPA. We expect to close on all of these parcels by
May. At that time we will submit a final report. If you need a more detailed report before May, just let me know and I
can start the final report showing the specific projects.

Hello Wayne,
We are currently compiling our year -end reports for open CPA projects. For the Conservation Commission Fund 4 we
currently show a balance of $0, but need a final report. For Fund 5 we show a balance of $20,002 and for Fund 6
$100,000. Please provide a short summary email detailing...
-The current status of the project. What has been completed?
-What is remaining to be completed?
-What is the expected timeline for completing the project?
-Have all current invoices been submitted and paid? Detail remaining expenses.
