Hi John
DPW met with the consulting engineer earlier this week and report the following from Stantec
regarding your questions:
Current status of the project. What has been completed?
The initial bridge inspection work as been completed along with a preliminary findings summary.
The initial truss analysis has been completed along with a 3D model of the bridge.
What is remaining to be completed?
The detailed ultrasonic testing of the critical members needs to be completed and evaluated.
Historical and environmental coordination will be scheduled. The Alternate Report needs to be
completed.
What is the expected timeline for completing the project?
We are continuing our effort and will be scheduling the remainder of the field inspection work,
weather permitting, early 2012. We expect to have the work completed in March 2012.
Have all current invoices been submitted and paid? Detail remaining expenses.
Our efforts to date have not been billed. We will begin invoicing the project in Jan 2012.
