UnitDeedUnitE to Chilson Affected Premises: 840E Westhampton Road, Northampton, Massachusetts UNIT DEED OF WESTHAMPTON ROAD CONDOMINIUM Pioneer Valley Habitat For Humanity, Inc., a Massachusetts non-profit corporation with an office at 140 Pine Street, Florence, Massachusetts, as it is the owner of WESTHAMPTON ROAD CONDOMINIUM created by a Master Deed recorded in the Hampshire County Registry of Deeds in Book 8925, Page 195, on October 26, 2006, as amended by First Amendment to Master Deed recorded in Book 9142, Page 280, of said Registry (the Master Deed) in “” accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 183A, for consideration paid of $113,475.00, grants to Nancy Chilson, an individual with an address of 840E Westhampton Road, Northampton, Massachusetts, with QUITCLAIM COVENANTS, the dwelling unit referred to as Unit No. E, in said Master Deed, as shown on plans filed therewith, being a portion of WESTHAMPTON ROAD CONDOMINIUM, which stands on a portion of the land described in said Master Deed and located in Northampton, Hampshire County, Massachusetts. Unit No. E contains 826.85 square feet, more or less, and is laid out as shown on a plan attached to the first unit deed recorded in Book 9238, Page 206, to which is affixed a verified statement in the form provided for in General Laws Chapter 183A, Section 9, and which plan is a copy of a portion of the plans filed with said Master Deed. The post office address of Unit No. C is 840E Westhampton Road, Northampton, Massachusetts. The Unit is conveyed together with: An undivided interest of sixteen percent (16.00%) in the common areas and facilities described in said Master Deed. The Unit is to be used only for residential purposes and for no other purposes, except as may be expressly permitted by the Trustees in accordance with the provision of the Westhampton Road Condominium Trust. The grantee acquires the Unit with the benefit of, and subject to, the provisions of General Laws Chapter 183A, relating to condominiums, as that statute is written as of the date hereof, the Master Deed and Westhampton Road Condominium Trust referred to above and any By-Laws and Rules and Regulations from time to time adopted thereunder, and all matters of record stated or referred to in the Master Deed as completely as if each were fully set forth herein; and subject to real estate taxes attributable to the Unit which are not yet due and payable.
