Dear Mr. Mosley:
In accordance with your Planning Board Site Plan Approval issued March 16, 2007 for the
con ction of two additional townhouse units on your property at 88 Hockanum Road, Map ID
39A-41 a payment in-lieu of traffic mitigation was required in the amount of $1,000. This was
aid prior to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy.
Having researched the record and found no such payment and having discussed with you this
requirement, you have suggested a payment on a monthly basis to the City of Northampton as
follows:
On the 16th of each month, you will pay $100 for 10 months beginning October 16, 2008. Upon
receipt of each monthly payment I will send you a paid receipt with an updated balance until the
permit condition is satisfied.
