Sara Northrup opened the hearing on request by Ernest T & Carolyn A Booth for a
4:05 P.M.
Finding to expand a non-conforming residential use in the GB district at 9 Trumbull Road,
Northampton, Map ID 31B-156.
Chris Wall, representing the applicant described the project and the parking lot improvements.
Ernie Booth noted that he already repaved the lot in anticipation of the change.
There was no public comment.
Sara Northrup noted that there was no vegetative buffer but a fence and the Finding would not
preclude conversion to commercial in the future.
Sara Northrup closed the hearing and issued the permit as presented for the expansion and
maintaining fence as buffer.
