David Bloomberg opened the request by Harry Ridabock for Special Permit to
5:30 P.M.
convert a structure to detached accessory apartment at 58 Nonotuck St., Florence, Map ID 23D-
7.
Mr. Ridabock described the application and project.
There was no public comment.
Upon motion by Malcolm Smith and second by Bob Riddle, the board voted unanimously to
close the hearing.

approve the project as presented.
