At this time, we are requesting a Partial Certificate of Compliance
regarding the Order of Conditions recorded at the Hampden County
Registry of Deeds at Book 2041, Page 238. As we previously
discussed, the only condition not complied with on this subdivision
is the drainage system. Please forward said release to this office
as soon as possible, since Mr. Chung's sale has been postponed
until we receive said document.

As discussed, I represent Eugene M. and Joan M. Staszko
owners of the above - referenced real estate, in connection with a
refinance closing. A title search for the subject premises
indicates that it is subject to an Order of Conditions, Permit
No. 246 -25, dated July 14, 1976 and recorded in the Hampshire
County Registry of Deeds in Book 2041, Page 238. One year
extensions were thereafter granted by instruments dated July 6,
1978 and July 5, 1.979 respectively, and recorded as aforesaid in
Book 2041, page 242 and Book 2116, Page 127, respectively.
Request is hereby made for the Northampton Conservation
Commission to issue a Partial Certificate of Compliance as to the
above - reference subject premises owned by my clients. As such
Certificate is necessary in order to clear title for my client's
refinance closing, you prompt attention to this matter will be
greatly appreciated.
