RE: Order of Conditions for work on Route 66, DEP File 246-363
Dear Nicole:
In accordance with the Permit Extension Act, Section 173 of Chapter 240 of the Acts of 2010,
which granted an automatic two-year extension of any permit or approval that was “in effect or
existence” between August 15, 2008 and August 15, 2010, the above-referenced Generic Order of
Conditions is now valid until December 5, 2012. The original Order was issued December 5,
1995, and subsequently extended.
If an additional extension is needed, it must be filed at least 30 days prior to expiration. If you
could pass along notice of this extension to the appropriate contact at MassDOT it would be
much appreciated.
