RE: Generic Order of Conditions for Maintenance Work Throughout the City of Northampton,
DEP File 246-611
In accordance with the Permit Extension Act, Section 173 of Chapter 240 of the Acts of 2010,
which granted an automatic two-year extension of any permit or approval that was “in effect or
existence” between August 15, 2008 and August 15, 2010, the above-referenced Generic Order of
Conditions is now valid until March 5, 2013.
If an extension is needed, it must be filed at least 30 days prior to expiration.
