Obnoxious or offensive to a neighborhood by reason of the
emission of Odor, fuses, dust, spoke, vibration or noise or.
other cause or for any purpose except:
(a) Any use permitted in an industrial district as get forth
in Section 15 provided that any such building shall be
set back at least 35 feet from the street line.
NON- CONFORMING USE

Any building or part -of a building or premises which at
the time of adoption of this ordinance is being put to
a aon,_oonforming use, may continue to be used for the
same purpose.

w < (b) Any business in operation at the time this ordinance is
passed say expand with the permission of the Building
Inspeetor.
