I pre- sume that this item refers to the parking requirements for the Central Business District which were recently adopted by the City Council. Unfortunately, I have a schedule conflict that makes it difficult for me to attend the Commission's Tuesday afternoon meeting. I would be happy to answer any particular questions you might have regarding zoning, and would be happy to receive and transmit to the Planning Board any comments which the Historical Commission may wish to communi- cate. If there.is a pressing and important issue that the NHC would like to meet with me about, I will try to rearrange my schedule to attend a future meeting, but as a general rule, I will find it diffi- cult to attend your regular meetings as currently scheduled.
