Re: The First Church of Christ in Northampton Preservation Restriction
Dear Mr. Steinitz,
Attached please find a Preservation Restriction Agreement between the City of Northampton,
Massachusetts and The First Church of Christ in Northampton, Massachusetts. The Preservation
Restriction was a condition of a Community Preservation Act grant of Two Hundred Fifty
Thousand Dollars ($250,000). The City of Northampton has no objections to this Preservation
Restriction being subordinated to the Preservation Restriction between the Massachusetts
Historical Commission and The First Church of Christ in Northampton. Please feel free to
