housing needs assessment for the city.

A needs assessment and strategic plan are necessary for the most effective allocation of
CPA and other funds for community housing.

The Northampton Housing Partnership has a long record of informed involvement in
affordable housing in Northampton and is uniquely qualified to oversee this project.

The NHP application represents a careful approach to selecting a consultant.
