The project meets the goals of the Sustainable Northampton Plan and the CPA for the
preservation of open space for recreation purposes.

youth and other leagues, thus contributing to the quality of life here.

The project uses CPA funds efficiently. The allocation consists solely of soft-costs and
constitutes just over 10% of the projected cost of the project.
