1. The requested use protects adjoining premises-against seriously detrimental uses. The panels will be attached of an elevation below
existing panels.
2. The requested use will not have an effect on convenience and safety of vehicular and pedesfrian movement within fhe site and on
adjacent streets, roads in the area.
3. The requested use will have no effect on the relationship of strucfures and open spaces to the
natural landscape, existing buildings and other community assets in the area because the antennas will be located so as not to.interfere
wifh other panels.
