In response to your request for modification of the permit at the Ridge, the Planning Board considered a change to the
timing in which your traffic mitigation would be required. Your original permit required $26,000 to be paid prior to the
issuance of the 4t" building permit. At its meeting last night (April 23), the Board voted to allow you to pay the $26,000
'in traffic mitigation owed for the 13 lot subdivision in phases as follows:
Prior to issuance of the building permit for the 4t" house: $10,000
Prior to issuance of the building permit for the 7t" house: $10,000
Prior to issuance of the building permit for the 10t" house: $6,000.
