acknowledge that the Obligor has undertaken work upon the Premises which is sufficient to

Enclosed are two copies of the payment requisition as prepared by Dietz construction, and approved by
Huntley Associates, P.C. Please review and approve by endorsing below, acid forward. this document to
the Office of Plamling and Development, for approval of the reduction of the letter of credit.
The current application for payment, as detailed in the enclosure, is for the sum of $12,000.00. This
amount represents the value of the work completed, and the materials stored on site as of the date of the
letter above. The request for reduction in the Letter of Credit is equal to the amount of the payment
request plus the 15% contingency, which is $13,800.00.
