At its meeting on December 8, 2005, The Northampton Planning Board voted to close out the
Plantation at West Farms Subdivision and release all remaining letters of Credit. This action covers the
full release of Letter of Credit No. 139 for $65,000 and No. 140 for $35,000.

Huntley Associates, P.C. (HAPC) is pleased to present the following Engineers construction cost
estimate for the remaining work scheduled for the Plantation at West Farms Subdivision, also known as
Cardinal Way. As you area aware, payment requisition # 15 for Pay Period through May 31, 2004 has
been submitted to the City for a request of reduction in Letter of Credit. More importantly, Dietz
Construction has completed project Work Tasks and only Punchlist Items of work remain.
On July 29, 2004 HAPC provided your office a copy of a Preliminary Punchlist of items that HAPC
was of.the opinion requiring attention. Listed below are the Items of remaining work and estimated

Associates, P.C. recommends reduction in the Letter of Credit as tabulated below. Please review and
approve by endorsing below, and forward this document to the Office of. Planning and Development,
far approval of the reduction of the letter of credit.
The current application for payment, as detailed in the enclosure, is for the suan of $55,763.00. This
amount represents the value of. the work completed, and the materials stored on. site as of the date of the
