FINDINGS:
The Planning Board approved the installation of antennas on the existing tower based on the informafion submitted with the application:
The Board determined fhat the following site plan criferia had been met:
1. The requested use profects adjoining premises against seriously detrimental uses. The panels will be attached at an elevation below
existing panels.
2. The requested use will not have an effect on convenience and safefy of vehicular and pedestrian movemenf within the site and on
- adjacenf streets, roads in the area. -
3. The requested use will have no effecf on the relafionship ofstrucfures and open spaces to the
natural landscape, existing ,buildings and other community assets in the area because the antennas will be /ocafed so as not to interfere
with other panels.
and
4. The requested use will not overload, and will mitigate adverse impacts on, the City's resources
including the effect on the Cify s water supply and disfribution system, sanifary and storm
sewage col/ection and freafinent systems, fire protection, streets and schools. No cify services are required.
5. The requested use meets any special regulations sef forth in the Zoning Ordinance in section 350-10.9.
