THESE RECORDS TO BE SUPPLIED TO HBK ENGINEERING, LLC AT COMPLETION OF WORK. 24.SCALE FOR DRAWINGS IS FOR GENERAL INFORMATION ONLY. LOCATIONS AND DIMENSIONS SHALL BE TAKEN AS SHOWN AND THE DRAWINGS SHALL NOT BE SCALED. 25.THE CONTRACTOR SHALL HAVE ALL PERMITS ONSITE AND COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF ALL AGENCIES HAVING JURISDICTION OVER THE WORK AND SHALL COORDINATE HIS WORK WITH THE WORK PERFORMED BY OTHERS. 26.CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE ALL WORK WITH ALL PUBLIC AND PRIVATE UTILITIES AS WELL AS CITY AND STATE AGENCIES. 27.CONTRACTOR SHALL TAKE ALL NECESSARY SAFETY PRECAUTIONS TO PROTECT UTILITIES, PEDESTRIANS, WORKERS AND VEHICULAR TRAFFIC. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL EXERCISE FLEXIBILITY WHEN SELECTING A NEW GROUND LOCATION ALONG THE CABLE ROUTE TO AVOID CONCRETE, ASPHALT ETC AND CHOOSE THE MOST ECONOMICAL LOCATION. 40.FOR AERIAL CABLE THE STRAND MUST BE GROUNDED AT THE BEGINNING, END AND AT LEAST ONCE EVERY ¼ MILE (1,320FT).
