Hi Carla,
This constitutes Notice of Violation in accordance with sec. 350-4.8 of the Northampton Code of
Ordinances and an Order to Cease and Desist zoning violations at the premises at 171 - 187 King
Street (Map ID 24D-080- 001, 24D-081-001 and 24D-338-001). According to the City's assessor's
records, Cosenzi Automotive Realty Limited is the owner of that property. The storage of motor
vehicles is not allowed on the property per the Northampton Zoning Ordinance, sec. 350-22.3 (CBg).
You are directed to remove all the vehicles from mentioned properties by August 5, 2024. If you do
not comply by August 5, 2024, I will take enforcement action, including seeking fines of $300 a day,
retroactive to June 19, 2024, until all vehicles have been removed.
