Ifapplicable, thisshallincludeconsideringthelocationofdrivewayopeningsinrelationtotrafficandadjacentstreets, cross- accesseasementstoabuttingparcels, accessbypublicsafetyvehicles, thearrangementofparkingandloadingspaces, connectionsto existingtransitorlikelyfuturetransitroutes, andprovisionsforpersonswithdisabilities.
