23.260 ConditionsCONDITIONS:
The telemetry cabinet and bollards must not intrude upon or impede access to the sidewalk in any way.
The grade of the sidewalk over the regulator station shall be brought into compliance with ADA standards.
The telemetry cabinet and bollards shall be installed so as to be a minimum of five inches (5”) from the sidewalk.
When and if the regulator station is decommissioned, the telemetry cabinet and associated fixtures shall be removed.
