Pole and Wire Location No. 24881246-Finn St.
National Grid is proposing to install (1) SO pole 2-3 on Finn St. beginning at a point

There is a possibility of a conflict with the 12" reinforced concrete drain lateral at the proposed
location of pole 2-3. The following is required:
• When the hole is excavated for the new pole location, it shall be inspected by the DPW
prior to installing the pole. Please call 413-587-1570 24 hours prior to work commencing
so an inspector can be present.
• If the drain is disturbed, it must be repaired: relocated at the direction of the City
Engineer.
National Grid must obtain an "Excavation/Trench Permit' issued by the City of Northampton
prior to construction.
