the sum of $400,000 be appropriated from the FY2021 General Fund Undesignated
Fund Balance (Free Cash) to be added to the appropriation for the construction of an Animal
Control Facility by Central Services originally funded in the FY201 S — FY2022 Capital
Improvement Program.
