21.234 An Order to Accept DA Sullivan $10,000 Gift to Fund Public Art Projects
Ordered, that
The Northampton City Council gratefully accepts the donation of $10,000, a gift to the City of
Northampton from D.A. Sullivan and Sons, Inc., and in accordance with Massachusetts General
Law Chapter 44, Section 53A approves using the gifted funds to fund public art projects under the
direction of the Northampton Arts and Culture Department.
