Pole Relocations No. 23303524 — Damon Road Reconstruction Project MassDOT No.
608236 - Bridge Road
I have reviewed Department of Public Works (DPW) records and submittals including images,
sketches and reconstruction plans for MassDOT Damon Road project No. 608236. This petition
includes the proposed relocation of one (1) single ownership (SO) pole owned by National Grid,
referenced in City Council Order 20.174, and the proposed relocation of three (3) joint
ownership (JO) poles shared between National Grid and Verizon, referenced in City Council
Order 20.177.
The one (1) SO pole is numbered 96-84 on Bridge Road. This pole is to be located at a point
approximately 378 feet northwest of the centerline of the intersection of North King Street and
Bridge Road and continuing approximately 29 feet and 6 inches in a north direction.
No potential conflicts were observed.
The three (3) JO poles include (3) poles, numbered P96, P97, and P98, on Bridge Road. These
poles are to be located beginning at a point approximately 123 feet northwest of the centerline of
the intersection between North King Street and Bridge Road and continuing approximately 400
feet in a west direction.
No potential conflicts were observed.
A valid trench permit approved by the DPW is required before work at these locations
commences.
