The Northampton City Council gratefully accepts the donation of $10,000, a gift to the City of
Northampton from D.A. Sullivan and Sons, Inc., and in accordance with Massachusetts General
Law Chapter 44, Section 53A approves using the gifted funds for equipment and training services
in support of the Senior Services Technology Lending Program, created in response to the COVID-
19 pandemic.
