Scope of Work
• Starting at existing vault in front of #71, bore/trench under sidewalk pads installing 3" schedule
40 PVC conduit at a depth of 24"-30". Depending on other utility locations, Comcast is
prepared to pull up concrete pads and replace to city standards. Install 3" PVC conduit into 2 nd
existing vault in front of #65 King St.
• Contractor to use Vacuum Excavation techniques in areas of concentrated utilities.
• Maintain integrity of rock wall in front of #71 King St during construction.
• On Western side of King St. in front of #60/#62 King St, intercept existing conduit and extend 3"
PVC conduit onto private property.
• Contractor to work with Parking Authority for contractor vehicles in work zone.
• While working in sidewalk on NE side of King St. contractor will ensure walking and drive up
access to businesses will be maintained. The same for work on NW side of King St.
